As a family of art lovers and design enthusiasts, our stay at Landgoed Ehzerwold was a delightful blend of comfort and charm. The inclusive atmosphere welcomed our diverse needs, from accommodating vegan and gluten-free diets to embracing our furry family members - two dogs who adored the picturesque surroundings. As a German family, we appreciated the laid-back countryside vibe and the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the region. We particularly enjoyed exploring the area on foot and by bike, discovering the many castles scattered throughout the landscape. The table tennis and chess provided a fun option for family entertainment, creating memorable moments for all ages. Our youngest child, under 2 years, felt right at home, and our 6-year-old enjoyed playing chess, adding to the overall family-friendly experience.From the lovely breakfast options, where you can create your favorite eggs, to the accommodating staff, Landgoed Ehzerwold offered a great value for a relaxing getaway. Our third visit won't be our last - we look forward to returning to this oasis of Dutch hospitality.
